Instructions

  1. Boil the rice, quench and let it cool down. In the meantime, drain the tuna and the peas and carrots. Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix the cooled rice with the other ingredients, mix in the tartar sauce and finally season with salt and pepper. Let the lettuce soak in the refrigerator.
  3. It goes well with grilled meats and baguettes.
