Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water for a good 20 minutes, then let it cool down. Meanwhile, mix the pepper and herb mixture with oil and water as indicated.
  2. Wash the peppers and radishes and cut into cubes or slices. Peel and dice the onion. Dice the ham as well. Add the ingredients to the pepper and herb mixture and mix well.
  3. Finely chop the parsley and mix in as well. Add the cooled rice last. The salad tastes best when it has been pulled through for one night.
