First all the vegetables are cleaned and diced (leeks, celery, carrots, potatoes). Then you cut the meat into small pieces. In the meantime I add 2 liters of water. When the water boils, I stir in the stock powder and Maggi, and then add the vegetables, rice, onion and meat, plus a bay leaf, which is important for the taste.
I let the whole thing simmer for 20 minutes. At the end I taste the soup with salt, pepper, Maggi and, if necessary, some stocking powder.
There are rolls with the soup.
The soup can also be prepared with beef. Also very tasty. The meat then has to cook for at least 30 minutes. Do not add vegetables and rice until after 10 minutes of cooking.
