Instructions

  1. Wash, drain and roughly chop the spinach. Peel and finely chop the onions and let them turn translucent in the oil. Add the spinach and sauté for a few minutes. Add the garlic, bay leaf and broth and season with a little salt. Cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Add the rice and cook al dente for another 15 minutes. Take the saucepan off the fire, stir in the butter and parmesan and season with a little pepper.
