Heat a coated pan with butter and sweat the onions in it. Add the rice and fry for a few minutes. Rice from the previous day is much better than freshly prepared rice, because the rice is then no longer so moist and can be fried better. Then add the corn, let it get hot and season with the spices. Goes with almost everything. We often have this side dish with cordon bleu, chicken fillet or fish fingers. Is super quick and is a perfect use of leftovers for rice from the day before.
