In Asian countries, rice is called “the second bread”, so it is often cooked as a side dish. Different types of meat, fish, vegetables go well with it. I’ll tell you how to cook rice with ground beef.
In a small bowl, stir together the tomato paste, soy sauce, and table wine. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Spread the rice in an even layer. Cook for 7-12 minutes until the rice on the bottom is golden brown. After cooking, remove the rice from heat.
Send 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a separate frying pan, heat over medium heat and fry the onion and garlic until soft and golden brown.
Add the chili powder to the skillet and cook until the spice gives off flavor.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until all liquid has evaporated. Then add the tomato paste, stir all the ingredients and cook until the minced meat is crumbly.
Grind the Cheddar cheese. Wash the tomato and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle cheese over cooked rice in a skillet.
Top with prepared ground beef, then garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro and dish.
