- Fry the meat in oil in the pan until it is nice and brown. Add the onions. Peel the carrots, grate roughly with the grater and fry with them.
- Put everything in a large saucepan. Then fill with 1 liter of water. Add the seasoning, bay leaves and bring to the boil briefly.
- Switch down to the lowest stove setting. Add the rice, stir briefly, put the lid on and simmer for 40 minutes.
