Instructions

  1. Warm the honey, add the thyme, remove from the stove and let steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Chop the garlic. Chop 2 sun-dried tomatoes. Puree the remaining tomatoes with the oil. Mix the ricotta with the tomato puree and the garlic. Fold in the chopped tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the honey over the dip.
