Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into cubes and sauté them briefly in the olive oil, crush the garlic cloves and add them (must not turn brown). Add the minced meat and fry it a little more vigorously. Salt, pepper, mix in a little paprika or chili peppers, add sugar and tomato paste and let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Deglaze with the broth, add the beans with the bean water, add the ketchup and let it simmer gently for a good 1 hour. Then add the potatoes cut into cubes and let simmer for another 8 to 10 minutes - DONE!
  2. TIP: The soup only tastes really good the next day.
