Chop the onion, clove of garlic and radishes as finely as possible. Then cut the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper and sausage into small cubes. Finally, finely chop the basil leaves.
Put everything in a large salad bowl and add the olive oil, white wine vinegar, water, salt and black pepper and stir everything well. Then press the lettuce with the spoon and leave it covered for about 15 minutes.
Instead of radishes, you can of course use some radish. The salad can also be prepared a few hours before serving!
