Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Peel and finely chop the onion and sauté in the olive oil. Peel the garlic and press it through the press. Cut the mushrooms into leaves, add them to the pan and cook with them. Pour the cream on top and mix in the chopped cheese. Stir until completely melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle into the sauce before serving.
