Instructions

  1. Halve the peppers, remove the dividers and seeds, wash. Cut into extremely fine strips approx. 3 cm long. Peel the garlic, cut into very thin slices.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and drain well.
  3. Meanwhile, fry the paprika strips and garlic slices in a pan with hot olive oil, season well with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve the vegetables with the pasta.
