Rigatoni with Paprika
Instructions
- Halve the peppers, remove the dividers and seeds, wash. Cut into extremely fine strips approx. 3 cm long. Peel the garlic, cut into very thin slices.
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and drain well.
- Meanwhile, fry the paprika strips and garlic slices in a pan with hot olive oil, season well with salt and pepper.
- Serve the vegetables with the pasta.
