Cook the rigatoni according to the instructions, cut the individual salmon fillets into 1cm wide pieces. Fry the onion, garlic and pieces of salmon in a pan. Deglaze with the cream and dilute the rigatoni with about a ladle of water. Now season and cook for about 10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. Be careful, not too long, because the salmon will disintegrate if it is cooked over!
Briefly toss the finished noodles in the sauce, serve!
