Mix the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla pulp, tonka bean and salt until the sugar has dissolved and everything is nice and creamy. Mix the flour and starch and knead in quickly. This works best with the dough hook of the food processor, the dough is very soft.
Use cling film to shape the dough into sticks and cool well.
Cut into slices, place them on baking sheets and bake at 175 degrees for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
