• 4 cl Martini or Cinzano rosso
• 4 cl raspberry spirit
• 3 cl apricot brandy
• 2 cl elderflower syrup
• 1 cl lime juice or lemon juice

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a large glass over ice. Don`t shake!
2. Tip: Angostura Bitter, as described in some recipes, is not necessary here, as the apricot brandy contains enough bitter substances in my opinion.
3. Tried many versions, but I like this one the best.
