Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients with the mixer until a creamy dough is formed. Possibly mix in fruit, depending on your taste and preference, I use fruit, then cherries or blueberries.
2. Spread everything on a greased tray and then put it in the oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes. Then the couverture, which has meanwhile melted in a water bath, can be spread on the cake and then decorated as you like.
3. My family`s favorite cake, it`s quick and delicious. Also good for children`s parties in the day care center to give away.
