- Preparation:
- Wash the meat and dry it with the kitchen towel. Place a large saucepan with clarified butter on the stove and let it get hot, then fry the meat.
- Peel the onion, cut into slices, turn the meat over, spread the onion on the sides, let it fry.
- When the roast and onions are brown, deglaze with hot water and add all the spices.
- After an hour turn the roast over again and I let it cook for another half an hour.
- Take out the meat and keep it warm, if necessary season the sauce and thicken it with flour.
- Cut the meat and serve.
- Potato and bean salad go well with it.
