Instructions
Clean the broccoli and Brussels sprouts, cut into florets and mix with the oil. Roast in the oven on a baking sheet for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan and the grated lemon zest and serve hot.
