Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower, pat dry and cut off the green leaves. Slice. You can only do this with the middle and you can get around four slices out of a large head. Use the rest of the cauliflower for other purposes.
  2. Brush the slices with olive oil. Salt and season with the curry powder. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
