Roast the pine nuts in a pan over medium heat without oil (approx. 4 minutes). Take the pine nuts out of the pan and set aside.
Heat some olive oil in the pan and add the cauliflower florets to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. When the cauliflower begins to turn brown, stir and add the onions. Continue frying until the cauliflower is golden brown and cooked through (3 - 4 minutes). Then add the raisins and vinegar. Drizzle the honey over it and stir everything well. Stir in the pan for another 2 minutes. Stir in the pine nuts and serve.
We always had boiled cauliflower in some form, but this is a delicious alternative that even the kids like to eat. Tastes good as an accompaniment to meat dishes or as a vegetarian dish.
