Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes in their skins for about 15 minutes. Let cool, peel, cut in half.
  2. Heat the butter and oil in the pan. Sear the potatoes in it. Don`t stir too often or they won`t brown well. Season to taste. Tolerates a lot of salt.
  3. As an accompaniment to meat dishes.
