Preheat the oven to 250 Celsius. Place a baking sheet in the oven to preheat.
In the meantime, brush a piece of aluminum foil with olive oil, place the salmon fillet skin down on it, coat it thickly with the mustard, then distribute the dill and nutmeg evenly on top.
Carefully place the fish on the hot baking sheet and fry for about 10-15 minutes. Do not fry too long (you can pierce with a knife to see if the fish is done).
The fillet is crispy on the outside and wonderfully juicy on the inside. This goes well with rice and fresh salad.
