Instructions

  1. First, the potatoes are peeled, cut into small cubes and the onion finely chopped.
  2. A little oil is heated in a large saucepan and the potato cubes with the onions are fried in them. The sliced wiener sausages are briefly seared. Then add the tomato paste to the pot and let it sizzle briefly, stirring well so that nothing burns.
  3. Deglaze everything with the stock and cook over medium heat until the potatoes are cooked through. By frying the cubes they are slightly crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. At the very end add the peas and use the remaining heat to warm up the peas. I don`t cook them so that they stay nice and crisp. If you don`t like that, you should add the peas sooner.
