- 60 g berries, e.., blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax seeds
- 2 tablespoon germinated cereal muesli, unsweetened, optional
- 2 tablespoon cereals (whole wheat pillows), optional
- 300 ml almond or oat drink, unsweetened
Instructions
- In a large cereal bowl, mix all the ingredients and any optional ingredients together. Pour almond or oat drink over and enjoy.
