Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Carefully stir in the milk and keep stirring until the whole thing is mixed. Then let it cool down.
  2. Beat the eggs for about 1-2 minutes until airy. Stir in the sugar in stages and stir for about 1 minute until it has dissolved. Add the cream, vanilla extract and salt and stir everything together.
  3. Finally stir the chocolate mixture into the cream mixture.
  4. Prepare in the ice cream maker according to the instructions. Just before the ice cream is ready, add the crushed Rocher.
