Instructions

  1. Cut the washed rhubarb into smaller pieces and place in the steam juicer.
  2. Sprinkle the sugar over it and add the star anise.
  3. Fill the pot with the rock pears and cook for 1 hour.
  4. Fill into bottles with a screw cap at boiling temperature and close immediately.
  5. Piccolo bottles are well suited, they are closed with plastic screw caps on water bottles.
