Instructions

  1. Toast toast. Toast the pine nuts in the pan until golden brown without fat. Cut the radishes into thin slices. Mix the tomato paste with the rose hip spread. Spread a thin layer of the rose hip and tomato paste mixture on all toast slices.
  2. Roughly chop the pine nuts and mix with the herb cream cheese. Spread two toast slices thickly with 2/3 of the herbal cream cheese, then spread the radish slices and then rocket on top. Place the ham slices on top, brush the other two halves of toast with the remaining herbal cream cheese and use it to close the sandwiches.
