Instructions

1. Cut the radicchio salad into narrow strips and wash it with the rocket. Peel the orange and cut into small pieces.
2. Squeeze the lemon. Mix honey, orange juice, lemon juice and olive oil into a vinaigrette and add to the salad. Season with plenty of salt and pepper.
