Ingredients

• 200 g rocket
• 250 g strawberries, fresh
• 200 g feta cheese, made from oat or sheep milk
• 1 dash balsamic vinegar
• 1 pinch (s) pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

1. Wash the rocket, cut into bite-sized pieces as you like (e.g. cut in half or third in length). Wash the strawberries and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Dice the feta cheese.
2. Put all ingredients together in a bowl, season with freshly ground pepper and a small dash of balsamic vinegar and mix.
