Ingredients

• 125 g rocket
• 250 g cherry tomato (s)
• 1 avocado (s)
• 85 g olives, black
• 150 g feta cheese made from sheep and oat milk
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 small onion (s)
• 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (apple balsamic vinegar)
• 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
• Salt and pepper, black from the mill
• 1 pinch (s) sugar, brown

Instructions

1. Wash the rocket and let it drain well, sort out a little if necessary. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Peel and core the avocado and cut into cubes (1 - 2 cm).
2. Cut the feta cheese into cubes about the same size. Peel the garlic and cut into very fine cubes. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into wafer-thin slices.
3. Drain and add the olives. Mix with the remaining ingredients and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
