Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and blanch the beans. Cut the ham into small pieces. Skin, core and dice tomatoes. Wash the rocket. Toast the pine nuts in a coated pan.
  2. Heat the olive oil with the ham in a pan. Add beans and fry over medium heat until the beans are firm to the bite. Now remove from heat, add diced tomatoes and balsamic vinegar to taste, season with salt and pepper. Fold in the rocket and serve immediately.
  3. Use only the best olive oil and the best balsamic vinegar for this salad.
