First, chop the rocket, basil leaves and garlic with the food processor. I have a chopper myself for this, but I`ve also managed to do it with a hand blender.
Then the rest of the ingredients are added, I dice the feta cheese myself beforehand, then it goes faster. Finally, season with pepper, I don`t use salt myself because the feta cheese is salty enough for me. If you like, you can add herbal salt to taste.
The dip does not have to be steep, so it can be eaten straight away.
