Instructions

  1. Rinse the meat with cold water and cut into narrow strips. Halve the chilli lengthways, remove the seeds, wash and cut into thin strips. Wash the limes with hot water, dry them, rub the peel and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Mix the meat with 2-3 tablespoons of lime juice, lime zest, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and chilli and let it steep a little.
  3. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
  4. In the meantime, wash and clean the rocket, remove the hard stalks, shake dry and roughly chop. Halve, core, rinse and dice the bell pepper.
  5. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in the pan, fry the meat in portions until golden brown, remove. Fry the pepper pieces in the remaining oil for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Drain the pasta and drain well. Add the meat to the diced paprika in the pan and stir in the cream. Season to taste with the remaining lime juice, the remaining soy sauce and pepper and bring to the boil. Fold in the rocket and serve immediately.
