Instructions

  1. Prepare the rocket, remove hard stems and cut through again if necessary because of the size.
  2. Cut half the mozzarella, olives and cherry tomatoes into thin slices. Halve the Parma ham.
  3. Debark the bread and let it briefly lightly crisp in the toaster (do not brown). Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle both slices of toast with the rocket.
  4. Now cover one side with the tomato slices, season with a little salt and pepper and drizzle with crema di balsamic vinegar. Now place the mozzarella slices, the olives and the Parma ham on top. Drizzle again with a little balsamic vinegar, possibly a little pepper and fold the toast slices together.
  5. Halve and fix the sandwiches with wooden picks, garnish with a little basil and serve.
