Instructions

1. Clean the rocket and cut into small pieces. Peel and roughly dice the garlic. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without oil until golden brown. Finely grate the parmesan. Put the rocket with pine nuts, parmesan, garlic and oil in a food processor and mix finely. Season with salt and pepper.
