Instructions

  1. Prepare a yeast dough from flour, yeast, salt, olive oil and approx. 120 ml of lukewarm water. Let rise for 25-30 minutes. In the meantime, let the tomatoes boil down a little on the stove (approx. 5 minutes) and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Divide the proofed yeast dough into 2 halves, roll out each thinly and distribute on 2 greased pizza dishes.
  2. Then add the tomato mixture and the sliced mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (top and bottom heat) on the base for about 15 minutes (do not switch the oven off).
  3. Mix the coarsely chopped rocket with Parmesan and season with pepper. Spread the ham on the pre-baked pizza, then pour the rocket and parmesan mixture over it and finally top with the halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle the whole thing with a little olive oil and put the two pizzas on the 2nd shelf from the bottom again for about 10 minutes in the oven.
  4. Tip: If the effort to make a pizza dough yourself is too much, just use a frozen yeast dough.
