Instructions

  1. Put the rocket in a bowl with cold water and let it steep. Quarter the cucumber lengthways and then cut into small slices. Do the same with the tomato. First quarter the cheese slices and ham slices, then place cheese and ham on top of each other alternately. Then cut this ham and cheese tower into small diamonds.
  2. Pour off the water from the rocket. Place the rocket on a platter. Then spread the cucumber, tomatoes and cheese ham checks on top and fold in a little.
  3. For the dressing, mix the oil and vinegar with the dollop of mustard. Put the sugar cube in the dressing and stir well with a whisk until the cube has completely dissolved. Season with salt and pepper and then spread on the rocket plate.
