Wash rocket and shake dry. Wash grapes and cut in half. Cut the onions into fine strips. Halve the avocados and remove the stones. Loosen the pulp with a spoon, cut into large cubes and drizzle with lemon juice. Roast walnuts without fat and allow to cool.
Mix the vinegar, honey and mustard with the whisk, gradually beat in the oil. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper. Mix the dressing with the prepared ingredients and arrange in a bowl.
