Instructions

1. Wash and clean the rocket. Wash and dice tomatoes and add to the salad together with the parmesan slices. Mix honey with balsamic vinegar and pour over the salad mix. Roast pine nuts in olive oil in a non-stick pan and sprinkle over them.
