Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the pear, remove the core. Cut the pulp into thin slices. Fry in a little butter, set aside.
  2. Wash the rocket and drain well. Make a vinaigrette from vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the steak into slices.
  4. Mix the rocket with the vinaigrette, arrange on two plates with the pear wedges, meat slices and walnuts.
