- Peel and halve the pear, remove the core. Cut the pulp into thin slices. Fry in a little butter, set aside.
- Wash the rocket and drain well. Make a vinaigrette from vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper.
- Cut the steak into slices.
- Mix the rocket with the vinaigrette, arrange on two plates with the pear wedges, meat slices and walnuts.
