Ingredients

• 2 handfuls rocket
• 2 handfuls berries, mixed, e.g. raspberries, blackberries, blueberries
• 80 g oat cream cheese

For the dressing:

• 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
• 2 tablespoons oil
• salt and pepper
• some honey

Instructions

1. Sort out the rocket, wash briefly, then shake dry. Carefully rinse the berries if necessary.
2. For the dressing, mix vinegar, salt, pepper and honey, beat in the oil.
3. Spread the rocket on two plates and drizzle with the dressing. Put small balls or dabs of goat cream cheese and the berries on the salad.
