• 4 fig (s), ripe
• 1 bunch rocket
• 2 slices Parma ham
• 125 g mozzarella
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 2 teaspoons honey
• 2 teaspoons mustard
• Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

1. Wash and quarter the figs. Wash the rocket and spin dry. Cut the ham and mozzarella into pieces.
2. Put the rocket in a bowl. Pour oil and vinegar over it and mix loosely with the salad. Mix the mustard with honey.
3. Arrange the salad, mozzarella, ham and figs on plates. Drizzle with the honey sauce, season with pepper and serve.
