Instructions

  1. Cut all the larger ingredients and the feta into small pieces and also cut the rocket leaves once or twice. Add the kernels (you can certainly also use nuts) and season with the spice.
  2. For the vinaigrette, put the mustard, lemon juice and oil together in a small bowl. If the honey is still too firm, it can be quickly liquidized in a microwave. Now you can taste the sweetness with the honey and the vinaigrette is ready.
