Cut the avocado, mango and mozzarella into cubes of about 0.5 square cm.
Mix with rocket in a bowl.
Reduce 200 ml orange juice to approx. 100 ml. Salt and pepper the juice, add the chopped chilli pepper and the olive oil. Mix well and season with acacia honey. Allow to cool slightly.
Mix the fruity-hot dressing with the salad ingredients and serve.
