Wash the rocket and drain well. Core the melon and cut out many small balls with a ball cutter. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Shred the bacon. Mix everything in a large bowl.
Mix the oil with the vinegar, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour over the salad, mix well and put in the fridge for a few minutes.
Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil, sprinkle over the salad and serve.
