Ingredients

• 250 g rocket
• 0.75 ¾ melon (water)
• 1 piece (s) cheese, e.g. feta, mozzarella, or Gouda
• some bacon
• Pine nuts, or walnuts
• 6 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry)
• Sugar, or honey
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Wash the rocket and drain well. Core the melon and cut out many small balls with a ball cutter. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Shred the bacon. Mix everything in a large bowl.
2. Mix the oil with the vinegar, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour over the salad, mix well and put in the fridge for a few minutes.
3. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil, sprinkle over the salad and serve.
4. It goes well with bread with herb butter.
