Mix the balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika powder, add to the rocket.
Rub the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices. Peel and finely chop onions and garlic. Let it tarnish in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and inner skins and cut into small cubes. Add to the rocket salad with onion, garlic and mushrooms and mix everything carefully and thoroughly.
