• 125 g rocket
• 250 g feta cheese
• 0.25 ¼ small watermelon (s)
• 2 teaspoons honey
• 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
• 3 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil
• 3 tablespoon yogurt
• salt and pepper
• Chili, from the mill
• Parmesan

Instructions

1. Wash the rocket.
2. Mix the honey, mustard, pumpkin seed oil and yoghurt together well and season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can also add some chilli from the mill.
3. Now mix the rocket with the dressing, if you like, you can rub some parmesan on top. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces and add, cut the watermelon into pieces and add. The melon tastes better when it comes out of the refrigerator.
