Instructions

  1. First wash and dry the rocket.
  2. Mix together vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and lightly toast the pine nuts in a pan without fat.
  3. Carefully mix the rocket with the oil and vinegar mixture and arrange on three plates. Finally sprinkle the pine nuts and the freshly planed parmesan on top.
