Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the rocket. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes in half and place in the salad bowl. Dice the mozzarella (if you have minis, you can leave them whole) and put it in the bowl.
  2. The dried tomatoes are then cut into thin strips and also added. Then add lettuce seeds and fresh basil as you like (you can of course use all kinds of herbs that go with them) and mix the whole thing with olive oil (as you like).
  3. At the end, add the drained rocket - done! Or not quite yet: when the salad is on the plate, everyone puts as much balsamic cream on it as they like.
  4. You don`t really need any spices here, because the rocket tastes very nutty and the balsamic cream that comes on top is more than enough!
