Wash the rocket and, if necessary, pluck it into small pieces. Wash tomatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Dice the mozzarella. Put everything together in a bowl.
For the dressing, mix the balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey and olive oil in a bowl and season with freshly ground salt and pepper.
Roast the kernels in a pan without fat until they are fragrant and have turned slightly color.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix, serve with the seeds as a topping.
